この写真の二人の女性は、昭和45（1970）年3月、日航機よど号をハイジャックして北朝鮮に亡命した赤軍派の犯人若林盛亮の妻若林佐喜子（旧姓・黒田）と田宮高麿リーダーの妻森順子です。そして男性は、昭和55（1980）年に拉致された石岡亨さんです。石岡さんと一緒に旅行した神奈川県の男性は、この写真を4月15日にスペインのバルセロナの動物園で撮ったと証言しています。彼らは、動物園に行く途中、二人の女性に出会い、一緒に動物園に行くことになりました。二人の女性は撮影に渋々応じたとのことです。彼女たちは実は旅券法違反で国際手配されていました。
その後、50代の女性たちがマドリードで若林、森に出会い、約3週間よど号犯妻のアパートに出入りし、食事を振舞われ、ウイーンに行こうと旅行に誘われています。しかし、断ったために彼女たちは助かったのです。このアパートこそ、石岡さんも松木さんも出入りしたアパートです。彼らも、「親切な日本人」に外国で出会ったと思っていたのでしょう。石岡さんは、ウイーンから家族に出した手紙を最後に消息を絶ちました。そして北朝鮮に拉致されたのです。北朝鮮に亡命したよど号犯の妻と拉致被害者がヨーロッパで会い、旅行に誘われる。これが偶然の出会いである筈がありません。最初に会ったのが4月15日ですから、5月頃には拉致されていたものと考えられます。一方、よど号犯グループは、「石岡氏は偶然出会っただけ。松木氏は面識すらない」と、日本で出した彼らの出版物で居直っていましたが、北朝鮮が拉致を認めました。
そういう中で、平成17年1月に、石岡さんと松木さんを拉致したよど号犯妻たちが帰国する、というニュースが流れました。黒田、森の二人もせいぜい旅券法違反でしか逮捕できないのではないかと危惧されました。その後よど号犯の子どもたちも全員帰ってきました。子どもたちに罪はないのでしょうが、彼らは頻繁に日本と北朝鮮との間を行き来できる特別の存在になります。日本では海外渡航は自由ですし、北朝鮮は普通の日本人の入国を拒否しても彼らの入国は拒否しません。そういうことから、松木薫さんの姉である斉藤文代さんが、平成18年2月、黒田、森の二人を刑事告発しました。斉藤さんは熊本県庁で会見し、「薫が生きていると信じている。薫が帰ってくることを目的に捜査してほしい」と訴えました。そして、「家族を苦しみに陥れた人間が帰ってくるのであれば、自分の罪を認め、自分のしたことを話し、処罰を受けてほしい」と述べています。
北朝鮮は、松木薫さんの遺品として、松木さんが日本語教育のための教材として使った劇のシナリオ「出航」を出してきました。それ以外は死亡後招待所で焼却処分したため残っていない、と主張しています。この「出航」はもともとTBSのドラマで、松木さんがテレビを見て教材として手書きの文字にしたものです。
金正日の特殊機関、3号庁舎の中には出版社があります。それは、拉致被害者が教官をさせられた金正日政治軍事大学の中にあります。そこで、政治軍事大学のためだけの教材を作っているのではなく、すべての工作員たちが使う教材を作っています。但し、そこには学生たちは近寄れないことになっています。その大学＝工作員養成機関を卒業した安明進氏は、そこにも拉致された日本人がいると、聞いています。

This photo of two women from March 1970 are Sakiko Wakabayashi (maiden name Kuroda) the wife of Moriaki Wakabayashi who was the member of the Red Army Faction committing a crime of highjacking Japan Airlines Yodo Flight to defect to North Korea and Junko Mori, the wife of Takamaro Tamiya, the leader of the Red Army Faction.
And the man was a Japanese man, Toru Ishioka, abducted in 1980. The man from Kanagawa Prefecture who traveled with them testified that he hed taken this photo at the zoo in Barcelona, Spain in April, They met these two women on the way to the zoo and they reluctantly took the photos. They had actually committed a violation of Passport Act and were under the Interpol notice.
Thereafter, the women in their 50s encounter Mori and Wakabayashi in Madrid. The women in their 50s visited the Yodo Flihght perpetrator’s wife’s apartment often for dining up to three weeks. They were also invited to travel with her to Vienna. However, since they declined the invitation, they lucked out. This is the apartment which lshioka and Matsuki visited. lshioka mailed his last letter from Vienna and he disappeared due to Nortn Korea’s abduction. The wife of Yodo Flight perpetrator who defected to North Korea and the abduction victim met in Europe and they got an invitation for traveling. Tne way they met could not havo been a coincidence. The first encounter was in April, then thought to have been abducted sometime in May.
Meanwhile, the Yodo Flight crime group was becoming aggressive with their confident stance due to their Japanese publication and saying “The encounter with lshioka was a pure coincidence. Regarding Matsuki they were not even an acquaintance,” but North Korea admitted to the abduction.
In that turmoil, the news of Yodo Flight prpetrators’ wive abducted lshioka and Matsuki were returning to Japan. Both Kuroda and Mori, at best committed violation of Passport Act and they may fear, but will not be arrested. Soon after, all the children returned. The children have not committed any crime; however, they became of special presence to both countries and they often traveled between Japan and North Korea. In Japan, overseas travel were done freely. In the case of North Korea, even when the immigration declined the entry of nf normal Japanese to enter North Korea. these children were never denied. As a result. Kaoru Matsuki’s sister, filed a criminal prosecution towards Kuroda and Mori in February 2006. Saito held a press conference at the Kumamoto Prefecture Government Office and appealed, “I believes that Kaoru is alive! I wish the investigation will be done under the assumption that Kaoru willbe returning,” And stated “If the people who brought suffering to the famity return to Japan, admit your guilt and disclose all the information on what you have done and receive the verdict.
As the remnants of Matsuki, North Korea brought out the scenario of the play called “Departure” she used as her educational material for teaching Japanese. They stated that the other remnant were not left because they were burned at the time of crematinh her body, This play “Departure” was orisinally developed by TBS and she had probably watched the program, rewrote the characters by hand, and use it in class.
Kim Jong Il’s No.3 Office bulding is his special institutions and it also had the publishing company. The office waa located in the Kim Jong Il Political Military University where the abducted victims were forced to teach at. The university was not a place for only making educational materials and textbooks for the university, but a place where they developed the educational texts for all the spies. However, the students were oot allowed to go near that place. Ahn Myung Jin, a graduate of the spy training institutions has heard that the Japanese abducted victims exist at the place as well.
